History and Purpose
Officially begun July 1, 1996, the Center For Pastoral Counseling Of Virginia (CPC) has old and deep roots in Northern Virginia and its adjoining communities. All of our counselors and centers were formerly associated with PC&CC, many for more than fifteen or twenty years. Literally thousand of individuals, couples, and families have been served by our counselors. CPC and its host congregations are proud to continue this tradition of offering healing and wholeness to our community through our sixteen counseling centers.
Our purpose has always been to further the ministries of faith communities, bringing healing to persons and relationships, without regard to race, creed, ethnicity, age, or gender, by integrating ancient wisdom with contemporary insight.
Our fees are on a sliding scale based upon family size and income. We are committed to providing affordable counseling.
